Returns & Refunds

At Mileno, we are committed to ensuring your experience reflects the quality and care behind every piece we create.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

Returns that do not meet these standards cannot be accepted.

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Products shipped from an overseas warehouse must be returned to the same originating location.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing to ensure prompt delivery. If you still wish to return your item once received, you may do so in accordance with our return policy.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  1. Please recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your card provider, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for further processing details.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Advisory

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Mileno cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

For international or overseas warehouse orders, items must be returned to their original shipping location.
